Thank you for your review, The ward at times may feel that it is short staffed, however, the wards staffing is reviewed daily to ensure that it has adequate ,safe staffing levels.

Suggested improvements
A book covering things that happen in Bay ward. Times dates, places etc. A one to one with my key worker. A completed copy of my care plan. To be in introduced to all care staff when ever possible.
